The hotel is located in a lovely park, providing a peaceful and serene environment. The delightful decor in all areas of the hotel reflects the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and one can enjoy the beautiful view while dining. The spa facilities were exceptional, providing a relaxing experience for guests.
One small downside was the service in the Reflections restaurant, which was average compared to the exceptional service in the other areas of the hotel.

There were a few issues with the spa facilities, such as the non-functioning steam rooms and a garden sauna that was not hot enough.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful garden where I could relax and enjoy a drink before dinner. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great, tucked away in a little garden away from everyone else. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed dining in the more formal restaurant and trying the fantastic food in Reflections.

The hotel was in a great location, with beautiful grounds and a grand interior. the spa facilities were amazing, and the staff were very helpful and polite. we had a good break.
The pillows were extremely soft and not comfortable, and the armchairs in the room were very uncomfortable. the restaurant had a limited menu, with the same options every night, which was disappointing.

the exclusive amenities in my room were exceptional, and all my needs were fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre with its body scrub and massage was very relaxing, with professional staff attending to me. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all excellent, and the spa lounge and the treatment room provided a private and comfortable spa experience.
My only minor issue was with the service at the hotel's restaurant. It was a bit slow, and it took a while to get seated, even though I had made a reservation.
